REFUNDS AND RETURNS
When purchasing from our website, you are welcoming a "vintage garment" into your home. Every piece we sell is second-hand, has been worn by a previous owner. Therefore, signs of use and age are to be expected. Please take this into consideration before placing an order.
We carefully select our garments from NEW, SLIGHTLY USED to USED. Each listing includes a detailed note about the item’s condition, with any imperfections clearly stated. All items are inspected again prior to shipping.
It is essential that you read the full description before purchasing.
Some vintage items do not have a size label. In such cases, we provide exact measurements in the description. Please compare these to your own clothing to ensure the correct fit, allowing for a margin of 2–3 cm.
Please note: sizes on care labels may follow Italian, French, UK, US, Japanese, or other international standards, which differ by country. We strongly recommend checking measurements if you are unfamiliar with the sizing of the brand in question.
Colours are always described in the listing. Minor variations in shade may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
We do not accept returns or partial refunds for the following reasons:

Refunds are only possible in the following case:

If this occurs, you must contact us by email within three days of the tracking status showing “delivered.” Please provide a clear explanation and include photos if needed. A full refund will be issued once we have received the item and confirmed it is in the same condition as when it was shipped.
