Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped from our headquarter in Germany. All parcels will be shipped on the same day or the next possible day. We only use DHL and Deutsche Post (for smaller parcels) which guarantee a fast and reliable service. However, in rare cases there can be delays on account of the courier which we have no control over.

Duties and Taxes

For overseas cutomers outside of the european union, custom taxes may apply. We are not responsible for these and will not refund them to you. We can not declare packages as gifts or lowering order's value. If you need further assistance or more information regarding your order get in touch with twinssellingthingscontact@gmail.com.
If you are in a EU member country it’s guaranteed that you do not have to pay any customs whatsoever.

If you have a specific request for shipping (DHL, express next day delivery,...) please email us at twinssellingthingscontact@gmail.com, we will be glad to find the best shipping method for you.

If you have any questions or inquiries, such as a problem with tracking your order or the loss of a package, please contact us at  twinssellingthingscontact@gmail.com, we will do everything to find out what happened.

In case your package is lost, we will contact the shipping company to open an investigation. You will be refunded as soon as the package will be declared as lost by the shipping company. Please note that you will not be refunded if your package has been returned because you didn't picked it up, or wasn't present during the several delivery attempts, we will ship it to you again after receiving it.

Please make sure to give your contacts such as phone number and email adress while ordering to make sure you will receive every delivery notification.

Personal pickup in Berlin is possible upon request.
In this case, no shipping costs apply, and cash payment is accepted.
